Booking/ Cancellation Policy

Blush requires a booking fee of 50% to secure your booking. This payment is taken at the time of booking your appointment. Your booking fee will be forfeited if you fail to arrive for your booking or if you give less than 12 hours notice to change or cancel your booking.

Appointments Times

We have reserved your room, your therapist and equipment especially for you. Arriving late may require your booking to be altered, shortened or rescheduled. New clients, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill in your consultation form.


In the interest of our team and other guests, if you are unwell, we ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Mobile Phones

For your own “time out” and in consideration of our other guests, please switch your mobile phone to silent whilst you are in the clinic.


Due to the nature of our treatments, Blush is not a child friendly environment and we cannot provide a child-safe place for them whilst you’re in a treatment. Our team are solely focused on you during the entirety of your booking and cannot ensure your child will be attended to at all times. Please make arrangements for childcare so that you can get the most enjoyment from your time with us.

COVID Safety

As well as making your skin glow from inside out, we are endeavouring to keep you as healthy as possible in this current climate.

Under NSW government guidelines we have set up some steps to keep us all safe. Please follow these as best as possible:

If you are feeling sick or unwell, please give us a call and let us know and we can make sure we re-book you as soon as possible.

Whilst we’re close to your skin, we are encouraging social distancing in the clinic, so as much as is possible please limit the number of family members that come with you.

There is sanitiser supplied in all our rooms and each room is cleaned after each appointment.
